Who do you consider to be the most overrated novelist?

For myself some modern authors that seem a bit over-rated are Steven King, James Patterson, Dean Koontz, Nicholas Sparks, Anne Rice, Daniele Steele, and Margaret Atwood. Some Classic writers that are way too over-rated are Ernest Hemingway, John Steinbeck, and Charles Dickens.
